Struggling

Struggling tonight and I don’t really know why, I’m just feeling like everything is sitting in my mind surrounded by fuzz :/ I’ve had a good night so idk why it’s all there now, maybe I’m tired?? Idk but I don’t feel real, I wanna relapse with sh to get that sense of feeling real back though I can’t. (Safe)

    Hi @Rose113 hope everything is okay with you. Like as Lucy said, it’s totally okay to feel down and have these moments of low. I hope you’re gentle with yourself and don’t beat yourself up too much, just focus on making sure you’re feeling like yourself again 🫂 we’re always here if you need an ear ❤️

    You're doing so well @Rose113 - it's totally okay to have low days, as everyone else has shared, and it's also okay to not know why we feel low. Sometimes we just do. We're glad to hear you're feeling safe. But battling those self-harm urges must be really tricky - has anything else helped you in the past when you've been feeling those urges?

    Have you been able to take some tips from Mind's article on coping with urges to SH? There are also apps like Calm Harm and distrACT which I know I've shared with you before.
