Feel so stupid

I feel so stupid, I got so overwhelmed in chat because I pushed myself too hard and I don’t even know what happened I just spiraled and got so upset :( just spent 10 mins making a new pfp to try calm myself and to bring me back to the present, I feel so stupid :(
Sometimes when the people most like you don't love you, it is a hurt that can cause the greatest pain, and this pain can lead you to hate everything.

    In pain and my head isn’t okay :(
