Why do ppl want me to act accordingly to their rules? I say to ppl trauma presents itself in different ways, does it? Wat would convince ppl to leave me be? Those in professional feilds. I can't dampen myself for others. Does ptsd make u act so u get something that ppl won't leave it n move on?

    as someone who has c-ptsd it can make me act in ways bc of my trauma but its different for everyone. how does ptsd make you act ellie? im here for you. ❤️

    Hey @ellie2000 , thanks for starting this discussion thread. It sounds like you've been having a hard time recently with trauma, and more specifically, how other people in professional fields react to behaviours that stem from your trauma and then put you down. Have I got that right?

    I totally echo what @eylah's said above here about how its legitimate for trauma to manifest different for every person! Would you feel comfy telling us a bit more about what living with ptsd is like for you day-to-day?

    Thinking of you after your holiday too because it seems like coming back from that has been hard. Would it feel nice to share one of your favourite memories from the holiday, or something you'd like to remember from your trip?
