Opt In for Mix Merge

Hi, can someone please help, I can’t access the form to opt in as it is closed, and I’m trying to save my account from being deleted. I’d like to opt in to the merge, I missed the deadline but hopefully my account can be saved.

The deadline to opt-in was yesterday at 11am, but I've asked urgently if your username can be added to the list so we'll do whatever we can to try and get your account opted in. I'm hoping that should all be okay to keep your account. We'll be sure to keep you updated

Hi, thank you so much, I knew I needed to do that, it unfortunately slipped my mind as I’m in the middle of a life change. I’m really sorry about all this.
