    We're all here for you @spacedog <3

I'm so sorry to hear you're feeling this way right now. I can really hear how overwhelming life is feeling right now and how hard it's feeling to find the words to talk through how you're feeling too. Reaching out like you did here is already a brave step and you're not alone in this. I want you to always remember that there’s hope things can get better and won't always feel so painful even if it feels far away right now. It's reassuring to hear you're safe at the moment because we all care about you so much.

@Lucy_21 has asked a really important question. If you're comfy, do let us know how things have been going for you and if anything has made these feelings stronger. This is such a safe place and we all want to listen and support you as much as we can.

You might already be familiar with these services, but just in case, I wanted to share them again so you've got them here whenever you need them or begin to feel unsafe. There's some incredibly kind and supportive people who will always be there for you any time of day or night, whenever you need someone to talk to.

Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤

@Lucy_21 I just cant stop thinking about the fact my psychiatrist still is sure it's a psychotic illness but the early psychosis team keeps refusing the referrals put in and I was also denied counselling because it's "too intense" i dont know what I'm doing wrong - even in hospital the psychiatrist was kinda conflicted about the idea that I was denied support from the early psychosis team - the only thing we can do is just try different medications but alot of them just make me worse and I dont want to risk it again or just end up in hospital again

Sending lots of hugs your way @spacedog. It sounds like you're going through so much right now with the early psychosis team and counselling refusing referrals. Please know you're not doing anything wrong at all, and I'm really sorry you've been left without support or the medications are making you feel worse. No one should ever be made to feel this way and I'm so sorry you're going through this. We'll make sure to drop you a message from The Mix account to check in a bit more with you <3

I’m so sorry you have been refused help like this. I’ve said it before and will again the medical care system is a mess and innocent people like you suffer from it and I’m so sorry but we are all here to support you in anyway possible

@Lucy_21 I dont get it it just doesn't seem fair - the only advice I got other than medication which I dont think will have an impact was to go to uni and keep myself busy - it's not going to make a difference what I do with my life - my psychiatrist is nice but he can't really do much other than offer medication which I dont really want

@spacedog That’s because you’re right it isn’t fair. Care now is so generic and impersonal. They just put all cases together instead of working with them as individuals it’s wrong. While I agree keeping busy helps it should not be the answer to all health like it is. They don’t understand what works for one might not for you meaning it doesn’t help
