Am I asking for too much help?

I've never been the type be ask for help but love helping. Since a child (21 now) I've been bullied for my disability (mild CP and learning problems) and recently I've realised that due to my processing problems my bullying is only just efecting me mentally. Kind of like a kind of PTSD type of thing (using that term loosly as I don't want to offend) With that many years of realisation and hurt coming at once and a friend making me realise how to share my problems lately I'm finding I'm asking for it a lot lately here. (I find the anonymous thing helpful) I'm just worried I'm maybe asking for advice or help too much at the moment like too often. Should I maybe calm down the posts or something. Sorry I know my post is contradicting I'm just more lost and confused than ever right now but don't want to burden either and I'm just so overwhelmed but you guy's and my friend are the only people that take me seriously due to my disability and I'm just honestly starting to go mad not saying something at least
