Hey everyone,
There's going to be a bit of maintenance work happening on the discussion boards on Thursday 12th September from 3pm. It should last for an hour, but potentially up to 4 hours depending everything goes
The discussion boards isn't changing at all, it will still look the same. The tech team are just doing some general maintenance work to get a few things fixed.
If you're looking for support when the discussion boards are unavailable, we've popped a few options below for you:
*Crisis Messenger (24/7) | text THEMIX to 85258
* CALM | Call on 0800 58 58 58 (5pm–midnight every day) or use their webchat service.
*Samaritans (24/7) | call 116 123 | email jo@samaritans.org

Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤
