The crisis messenger is the same as the shout one but even when I put “THE MIX” it still connects me to shout. Is there something different to do to use the mix one?

    It's the same service, so even if you connect through the mix one it still puts you through to shout. There's a lot of them (officially they're called keyword partners) but they all connect to the same number and same volunteers. There's no specific line for just the mix but the volunteer who takes your chat will be able to see that you used the mix keyword and might be able to point you to more relevant resources and will know you are under 25.

    Thanks so much for your really great reply @independent_, I just wanted to say this is all correct and Shout and Crisis Messenger are the same service :)
    Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤

    @Aoife @independent_ so does that mean that if I still put the mix in that I’ll get through to them or will I just get through to shout people?
