From your message I can really hear how much you're struggling, how are you feeling today?
I'm hearing you've been really struggling recently with your suicidal thoughts getting stronger which sounds so touch to be going through. It sounds like you've been doing a lot of work to work out why that is with some tough things that have been happening with your mom, foster mom and the MAM meeting on Thursday coming up. How are you feeling about the meeting coming up and what are you doing at the moment to look after yourself as you're going through this?
If you are feeling unsafe or finding the suicidal thoughts hard to manage, remember you're never alone in managing them. There's always someone to reach out to and I've listed some great helplines that can help you in staying safe below:

*Crisis Messenger (24/7) | text THEMIX to 85258

*Papyrus (2pm-midnight) | call 0800 068 41 41 | text 07786 209 697 | email pat@payrus-uk.org
