The english teacher wont let me use my pass and i am worried that one day it may happen that i wet myself. My friends say to wet myself then say to the teacher you did and to next time let me go but i am already bullied and that woild make it a million times worse. Please tell me what I should do before I get back to school.

At my school we have this thing called Activities day where you go on a trip at the end of the year. My friend (who was i year 8 at the time of the event but is now in year 9) was on the coach with me and two other friends of mine and her. We were going to london. She needed toilet really bad and the coach toilet was broken so she ended up wettting herself. She was really embarrased and was crying. She had said about 4 times she needed to go to the toilet to me and the person next to me (both of us her best friends). I heard her crying and told the person next to me and i asked her
    "Why are you crying?"
Then she gave me a piece if paper saying
    ' I have wet-myself '
I then checked she was ok then asked her if i should tell the teacher. She said no and i said i must as she will be embarrased if someone mean sees and shouts it on the coach. She told me to tell a teacher then. I did and she was given some spair tights by a teacher. We then stayed with her for the next 10-15 mins before we were forced off the coach.

Welcome to the community @MISSING, it's really nice to have you here. If you need any help finding your way around or have any questions on how to use this space, just let us know. We're here for you :)

I've moved your posts into their own thread which we do from time to time when someone comments on an old thread. The one you commented on was from 2020, so it's better to create your own thread so support can be focused on you rather than the original poster who may not be on the boards anymore :)

I'm really sorry to hear your English teacher won't let you use your toilet pass. Everyone should be allowed to use the toilet whenever they need to and it's understandable how worried you're feeling about this. Do you feel comfortable speaking to another teacher about how you're feeling to see if there's anything they can do to help?

It sounds like you were a really supportive friend during the activities day. Your friend is really lucky to have you there for them :)
Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤
