You're doing really well opening up about what you're going through @kawtharjoudi12. We're all here to support you <3

We can really hear how much you're going through right now. Being discharged from the mental health team is one of the hardest things to go through and I can't imagine how hard that's feeling on top of starting collage next week, your bff moving away and experiencing extreme bullying too. I can really hear how alone you're feeling and how much you're needing support to help you through all of this.

You mentioned you don't have a social worker yet, is that something that could be happening soon for you? I'm also wondering how you would feel about speaking to your GP to see if there's anything more they could do to help you or put any referrals in for support?

I've found a couple places below that you may like to look into. Keep reaching out for support and remember you're not alone.
Hub of Hope is a directory of local mental health services in the UK and you can search for support and services in your local area.

Ambitious about Autism is a national charity for children and young people with autism. They have a range of information and support on their website, as well as an online forum where you can discuss anything about autism with others.

There’s an organisation called Beat which offers support and information for people affected by eating disorders, including anorexia and bulimia. Their helpline can be reached on 0808 801 0677, or their Youthline on 0808 801 0711. They also have a webchat and email service available too. For more information, you can visit their website on www.beateatingdisorders.org.uk.

You also mentioned there you're not sure how to live anymore. If you are feeling unsafe or feel you need urgent support, these services are also available to reach out to. Remember you don't have to struggle alone when you're feeling this way <3
    * If you need urgent help or have any concerns for your health or safety, the quickest way to get help is to call 999 or go to your nearest A&E.
*Crisis Messenger - Our crisis messenger text service provides free, 24/7 crisis support across the UK. If you’re aged 25 or under, and are experiencing any painful emotion or are in crisis, you can text THEMIX to 85258.
    * Papyrus - If you are having thoughts of suicide, you can contact HOPELINEUK for confidential support and practical advice. You can call them on 0800 068 4141 or text them on 07786209697.
    * Samaritans are reachable by phone and email 24/7. Whatever you're going through, you can call them any time, from any phone on 116 123.

How do these services sound to you?

Keep us updated with how you're feeling, we're all here for you. :star:
Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤
