We can really hear how much you're going through right now. Being discharged from the mental health team is one of the hardest things to go through and I can't imagine how hard that's feeling on top of starting collage next week, your bff moving away and experiencing extreme bullying too. I can really hear how alone you're feeling and how much you're needing support to help you through all of this.
You mentioned you don't have a social worker yet, is that something that could be happening soon for you? I'm also wondering how you would feel about speaking to your GP to see if there's anything more they could do to help you or put any referrals in for support?
I've found a couple places below that you may like to look into. Keep reaching out for support and remember you're not alone.
You also mentioned there you're not sure how to live anymore. If you are feeling unsafe or feel you need urgent support, these services are also available to reach out to. Remember you don't have to struggle alone when you're feeling this way
How do these services sound to you?
Keep us updated with how you're feeling, we're all here for you.
