Is there anyway of exporting the journal entries tht u had made into a .Pdf or something similar

    It's great your'e using the Calm harm app @ellie2000. How are you finding it?

    I'm not sure about exporting the journal entries but you could try taking screenshots of them which would save them as images?

    I also found an email for the team who run the app who you could reach out to and ask if it's possible to be sent your journal entries. Hopefully there's a way to export them. The email is - calmharm@stem4.org.uk :)
    Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤
