@Slinky If u were abused, is it an excuse to do it in email form to someone else in the same profession as it was back wen?
Tht is y asked about the water as an alternative, the water will change colour?

Abuse is never acceptable @ellie2000 , I’m sorry if that’s something you have experienced 💙but I can see that you’re wondering if it’s an excuse to abuse someone through emails and my answer would probably be no, it’s not an excuse. It’s healthy to break the cycle of abuse and it’s important to voice your hurt in a healthy way, I think you’ll feel better for it.

When you mentioned the water do you mean that as a metaphor? I guess just as the positive and negative words are thought to affect the water, our words can always affect others and it’s always better for us to chose actions that promote healing. That’s my opinion anyway. I know it’s not always as easy as that, especially when we are feeling intense emotions.
