    I've been struggling this week and every email tht I received I thought I had to reply to but dw I'm fine.

    @ellie2000 If you're feeling frustrated or angry you could try using something like a stress ball or throwing some ice somewhere safe outside to help process your emotions. Unfortunately we can't predict how other people act so it can help to use mechanisms to destress. I'm not sure what you mean by "better" but I would just take things day by day and see how you get on.

    @lunarcat522 'better' all emotions go away, like shame, fear n frustration. Wats a gd word(s) to use to let ppl no ur struggling, ideas? I more like typing bc words I no wat I wanna say but I can't say it sometimes bc scared of reactions

    @ellie2000 You could maybe type out what you want to say and send it as an email/message or print it out to give to whoever it is for.

    You might have a better week, I'm not sure. It might help to log your emotions and key events that happened that day to see if there is a pattern that is causing you to feel these feelings of shame, fear and frustration.
