    Hey @ellie2000 a keyworker will be checking in to see if you're okay yes. They are usually there to make sure you get the right support. They check to see if the support is meeting your needs, to listen to you, to keep you informed. They are basically there to help you out in the situation, and ensure things go smoothly.
