We are excited to announce that our Helpline is transitioning into a new support service! We will be pausing the Helpline from the 31st of May while we focus on the next steps 🚀
You can still use our webchat and email on the Helpline for the next couple of weeks before it closes.
Rest assured, we’re still here for you with all our other services including our crisis messenger, counselling service, chatbot, and here on the discussion boards with The Mix community – where our wonderful volunteers and peer support are all still available! 🌟
Stay tuned for more information about what’s coming next – and also for the chance to take part in shaping the new service. 💖
