Hey @ellie2000 people can often forget about other people's mistakes as time goes on - everyone makes mistakes after all! If it's quite a big mistake or in a work situation your manager will likely mention it at first but then hope you learn from the situation. It is likely they will mention it later on if the same mistake happens again though. Hope this helps
