@ellie2000 Therapy can bring up a lot of feelings that you maybe haven't been able to process or even realise that you had

It's quite natural to be upset after therapy as it's a lot of hard work, particularly having to think about things that you maybe otherwise wouldn't which will often bring up a lot of emotions
