    @ellie2000 Sometimes we have a tendency to focus on the negatives rather than the positives so for example if 5 good things happened in a day and 1 bad thing happened, we might end up focusing on the 1 thing that went badly and forget about the things that went well. It could also be that you maybe have quite high expectations for yourself or others but it really just depends.

    Our perception can be for a variety of reasons but it might help you at the end of each day to note down 3 things that went well to get in the habit of remembering the good things <3
