After my recent posts I'm thinking 'am I well?' I always got told I wasn't by strangers n bullies in the last town n it stuck. I constantly think of wen ppl sed 'ur ill in the head' everything was fine b4 tht town I was in

    hey @ellie2000 I hope you have had a good day. Try not to take what people say to heart, I know this is very difficult. If you are concerned for your mental state and wellbeing and think you would benefit from a potential diagnosis, potentially talk to your gp about getting on the waiting list for counselling -if this is something you would feel comfortable with.

    PTSD can have symptoms such as anxiety and depression alongside others.
