The Mix's 1-2-1 helpline is moving to email and webchat only

Howdy Mixers 
From today, The Mix's 1-2-1 helpline service will be moving to email and webchat only. Previously, you could contact the helpline by phone as well, but it will be completely text-based moving forward.
This is partly to help us manage our resources internally and make the best use of our capacity. It's also because the kinds of support needs we've seen on our helpline have changed over time, and moving to a text-based service means we can speak to more people with shorter waiting times.
You can still contact The Mix and get support from all our other channels:
