Feelings bout stuff

I signed a end of tenancy thingy, but the ppl tht I'm with havnt got the act together, they always say 'we're on it'. They still haven't moved me.I was wondering if tht move they did was allowed or was it even professional? Could I resign the tenacy?
I kind of had a pop at one of the managers via email saying tht I wasn't happy tht they wouldn't tell me stuff
I found out a managers email somehow 🤣
