I'm in love with my best friend but can't tell her

Hiii I have the most amazing best friend ever she's so smart and talented and pretty and we tried to date but It lasted a week bcs of issues at home and stuff that was about a year ago and I feel like our friendship has gotten so much better I wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for her she's talked me off of many bridges ( Metaphorically) I love her but (there's always a but) she lives like 3 hours away and I feel like If I say to her how I feel it'll f**k everything up yk she might feel the same way but I don't wanna risk losing my bestfriend I could use some advise thanks :)

    in my opinion i think it's best jusy to stay friends with her. if u did try to date it would just be really hard considering the distance. I'm in a long distance relationship and after datinf him for 7 months it has totally crumbled. having said that, i know people who were once in a long distance relationship and are now married so it isn't like it's impossible. I've had too many experiences like this which have ended badly but I'm just being cynical lol. at the end of the day it's your choice. if she feels the same way thays incredible and if not then i feel like this sort of friendship is so strong u wont lose her. I've got a friendship like this, she helped me when i was suicidal and we were best best friends and i used to have feeling for her but she didnt really like me back but we're still really close so yeah it's entirely up to you

    Long-distance relationships are difficult & are unlikely to succeed unless one of you moves close to the other. If that isn't likely to happen, it's not a good idea to start it. If you still want to attempt a LDR, first ask people who've been in them for their advice.

    As a friendzonee, you need to decide whether or not to stay friends. That's your only choice regarding her. I wish I could advise you how to avoid being friendzoned again, but I can't & it's almost guaranteed to happen to you again multiple times.
