FOMO = Fear of Missing Out...we've all been there, right?

It can bring on feelings of shame, guilt and loneliness. Making us question our decisions, should we have gone to that party?

Don't fear, we chatted with Youth Volunteer Sharvari, here's some of her top tips on coping with FOMO:
⭐Recognise the emotions you are feeling - these will be your signposts for what you need
⭐Redfine what fun/connection means to you
⭐Plan future events
