    Hello @ijamestaylor105, I can see that this is your first post here, so welcome to the community! I hope you're doing great! Thank you so much for this wonderful thread idea! This is a really nice way to uplift everyone's spirits! :3<3

    My inspirations:
    - A personal inspiration of mine is BTS, their music has helped me get through some tough times. I resonate with some of their songs, and because of them, they've given me a profound and different perspective of what it really means to love yourself ^^

    Ideas of spreading positivity:
    - I find that journaling can help put any difficult thoughts down to paper as well as give you some solace and mental clarity ^^ for me I feel determined and a lot more hopeful after writing something down that's been occupying my mind. I think this can help you keep a positive outlook on the world too :smile:
    - taking in part in mindfulness meditation too, there's so many soothing ones out there on YouTube! It really helps focussing on the present moment instead of staying in the past and worrying about the future. I feel that focussing on the present moment can help you appreciate the positive things during the difficult times, no matter how little they are
    - volunteering can definitely help too, not only do you form new connections, you'll be making a difference! No matter how big or small you contribute, this can reward you with a heart-warming, fulfilling feeling!

    3 things that I'm grateful for:
    - I thank me for not giving up on myself, navigating through life and the challenges that it brings. I'm proud that I've grown a lot as a person and that I'm always looking for ways to improve myself and learn new things about me!
    - I'm grateful for the healthy friendships that I have now as I feel a lot happier and honest with these friends compared to before
    - I'm thankful for the journey I took to end up where I am now. Thanks to the difficult days I experienced back then, I'm a lot more present now, I've developed the optimism to get through challenges, and I always look for ways to appreciate the world we live in despite it throwing challenges our way!
