    This usually means a moderator has 'bumped' the thread @Past User - it's a way for us to make posts appear at the top of your feed even if nothing new has been added. We sometimes do this with announcements or other important bits of info (like this one). :)

    Turns out this can also happen if we delete posts. If we do, it sometimes changes the timestamp of the post before the one that was deleted. In that case it's probably a bug.
