Why do ppl make excuses why they can't do it, even though it's enjoyable?
Is goin to a activity later classed as selfish, I ďont wanna get rude, if I go earlier I run n hide in the corner in the afternoon, idk y I do tht. I sortof go into fight or flight mode.
Idk. is there something wrong with me?

    Hey @ellie2000

    I don't think there's anything wrong with you, sometimes social situations and norms can be exhausting so it's understandable to feel overwhelmed sometimes. If you're feeling drained or just too tired or anxious for something it's okay to make an excuse, your mental health comes before anything. It'd also say it's ok arrive late to most informal gatherings, or to decide not to stay for the whole event
