I think my goals are:
1. keep communicating instead of closing off when things aren't great.
2. prioritise self-care as much as possible.
3. continue to be SH free
1. work on managing to leave the house
2. stop/reduce self harm
3. learn to better identify + communicate when i'm not feeling great
(I have a bit more than 3)
1. Try my best to care for myself
2. Return to an old hobby or find a new hobby
3. Open up more to people and maybe meet some new people (no idea how though)
4. Catch up on my studies
5. Organise all my stuff

Do my first Night Shift by myself (on Wednesday 😬)
And to hopefully finish coming off my antidepressants
I think I've been getting pretty stressed and overwhelmed at work lately so mine are going to be:
1 - remember it is one thing at a time, I am still learning
2 - focus on my own work and not get sucked into all the chaos around me
3 - prioritise getting my 8hrs of sleep
Everyone's got lovely goals! Mine for May would have to be:
- doing really well in my upcoming uni exams
- spending more time with my family
- taking care of myself more, like applying ointment for my eczema flareups and eating healthily

- Prioritise spending time with family & friends
- Do more of the things that keep me well
- Finally finish organising our flat (we still have two boxes unpacked from when we moved in 10 months ago...maybe procrastinating less is the goal )
- Tick some theatre shows I want to see off my list
