Hey @Past User, it's difficult to hear that you're struggling right now.

Mood changes can be really difficult to manage and it can be tough to understand the emotions we're feeling and what is best for us sometimes.

It's really common to have moments where we want that support from others, and to also have moments where we'd rather process what we're feeling on our own.

It's completely understandable to feel these things when you're going through it.

Would you like to share any more about what's been going on for you? <3

It's true that fluctuating moods can be incredibly difficult to manage and cope with. It's not uncommon to feel like you're constantly on an emotional rollercoaster. It's important to remember that these intense emotions are valid and that it's okay to struggle. It can be helpful to identify and acknowledge the triggers or situations that tend to cause these mood swings, and to work on developing coping strategies for when they occur.

It's also important to seek support from loved ones, a therapist, or a support group. Talking about your experiences and emotions can help you process them and feel less alone. Remember that it's okay to ask for help and that seeking support is a sign of strength, not weakness.
