    Hi @Past User

I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience but I'm glad that you had someone there to support you. How are you feeling now? :)

Hi, @Past User . it’s understandable to feel angry about the experience, especially it’s something that you didn’t do and you’re being misunderstood or unfairly accused of something.

But it’s good that you had someone like your assigned teacher to turn to for support. It sounds like she really cares about your well-being and took the time to help you calm down and process your emotions.

You can think about what you should do to make it better next time, and remember to take care of yourself, and don't hesitate to reach out for help when you need it.

Hi @Past User I'm sorry to hear about your situation. (I appreciate the spoiler ;))
I'm really glad that you have someone who supports you and who you can vent out to in school. I find it really cool how you watched dog videos together! I can't imagine something like that in my school haha.
And speaking of my school, I want to share something that happened to me if you don't mind. It's probably nothing compared to your situation but I hope it can make you feel a little better. We were doing a small test and I was thinking about one of the questions and suddenly the teacher (it was a substitute teacher) gets angry with me because I was "copying someone's work" as apparently I was looking slightly in their direction. This situation annoyed me so much that I still remember it after so many years. I always felt like teachers were picking on me even though I was the "quiet kid" haha.
Anyways, I hope you are feeling better now! Take care!

@Past User thank you for sharing, it sounds really positive you have a teacher like that who supports you when you feel anger. The pillow sounds like a good outlet and the dog videos sound like a great distraction and to bring you some joy. It also sounds like she’s genuinely on your side and really wants to help you, by walking with you to each lesson.

Also, it’s not a stupid reason to get worked up, we all express emotions differently and things affect us in different ways. That’s how you felt in that moment and that’s totally okay.

    Take care @Past User :)
