    I had an idea for one of the challenges or activities that anyone could do. Maybe try creating a Spotify playlist or even a Youtube Music playlist of songs that bring you joy and make you feel happy. Whenever you feel anxious or overwhelmed, you can then use this playlist to bring you happiness and cheer yourself up whenever you need it :)

    I am actually in the process of doing just that! I'm doing happy, sad, motivational, chill and party playlists but I have so many songs to go through that it's taking forever :lol:

    Im glad you enjoyed that idea, I haven't actually started making any playlists yet but I might do themed ones maybe in the near future.

    Oo another idea is watching a film or TV show that makes you feel happy.
