I hear you @Morgan007, funny how the world works sometimes eh?

If you're in crisis right now, it might be best to take some time away from the community, doing whatever you need to keep you safe in this moment. That might be trying some of those crisis services again, going outside and watching some nature, or talking to a close friend. :)

I know you're no stranger to crisis services, but I'm going to do my mod duty and drop their contact info here so they're right in front of you if you need them:
Crisis Messenger (24/7) | text THEMIX to 85258
    Samartians (24/7) | call 116 123 | email [email protected]
    Papyrus (2pm-midnight) | call 0800 068 41 41 | text 07786 209 697 | email [email protected]
    Supportline (hours vary) | call 01708 765 200
    Childline | call 0800 11 11
When you feel able to post again: do you know if anything triggered this today? Or did the crisis seem to appear out of nowhere? Always good to see you posting. :)

Aah I get you @Morgan007, that makes sense. Glad to hear you were feeling okay yesterday. :)

What has life been like generally over the last few days?
