It seems like you're going through some quite tricky, strong feelings right now. Sibling relationships can be a point of great frustration at times. It can be hard to cope with this, so it's understandable that you're finding this hard.
How do you feel about the fact that you don't talk that much anymore? I can imagine this might feel a bit conflicting.
