r there fake ones, do they use wat they used for too much? i went assertive on one, i thought he was in the wrong. wat r ur opinions?

    @Libby_ I had a go at him with 5 ppl behind me. He first rambled about gushing water flooding somewhere, wen he noticed there were 5 ppl behind me looking abit miffed wat I sed about he apologised. Stupid humans k*ll them all. We want a nuclear war, we r uncertain

    How long do you spend in doors? It’s not healthy if you’re spending every day in doors. I would suggest going out for a walk as that is beneficial

    @Libby_ used to spend everyday indoors in the other town bc ptsd, triggering places, insults. I'm in a new town now Nd I have the same feeling like I can't get out or go round corner. Wat do I do?

    Take it little, do gentle steps towards your goal. Your aim is to go outside right? I would suggest you do little by little, I would start off with going outside your front door for about 5 minutes then go little bit further each time, how does that sound?

    I only saw this after writing my post, I would suggest you try going to your front door and see how that feels, is that ok?
