How do u stop being anxious around a relation, it made me say sorry alot, but besides tht I had a good time. Does the word 'sorry' stem from something else
Is it a symtom of ptsd

    I'm glad you had a good time, but I'm sorry to hear that you were feeling anxious around a relation. That sounds tough. Is there anything in particular that make you anxious around that relative, or anything you think you can do to feel less nervous? Saying sorry a lot can be a habit for lots of people including me, it can just be habit to say sorry a lot even when there is nothing to apologise for, some people say it's a very British thing. One tip I've heard is instead of saying sorry you can rephrase it so for example instead of saying 'sorry for the wait' you could say 'thank you for waiting' etc.

    I heard them say something worrying, would counciling help them. I worry ppl 2 then I get help atleast I except help
    Would do help 4 bipolar and manic, only asking
