Are you able to talk to your CAHMS worker or your mum about how this has made you feel?
We are here for you. Sending hugs
Like Stephanie said, it may be good to have a discussion with someone such as your mum or CAMHS worker about how you feel about the situation. For example discussing any concerns or questions you have about the counselling (if you do have any).
It’s often the case that discussing things with others can help us understand and regulate our emotions and feelings better as well as gaining the support from others we might need.
We are here for you if you need more support on here
Sending hugs,
Sinead
