Hello everyone!
As you might be aware, this autumn The Mix are setting up and delivering a drug and alcohol support campaign. We thought it would be cool to have a place to discuss some of the key topics that our Community Champions identified, so that you can all share your wisdom and thoughts with one another.
For our first discussion thread, we were wondering if anyone has any thoughts or advice on managing or coping with addiction that they would like to share? This is a judgement free space, and any and all ideas are welcome whether you have experience of substance use or not, so don't be shy!

- The Mix Drink and Drugs Support Hub - This hub contains a range of information and links to support you to make informed decisions that are right for you about drink and drug use.
- Drug Addiction Counselling Search - You can use this tool on the NHS website to find drug addiction counselling services.
