Support services at The Mix
*Our Crisis Messenger text service provides free, 24/7 support across the UK. You can text THEMIX to 85258.
*The Mix's webchat and helpline are open every day until 11pm. You can call them for free on 0808 808 4994 or access our webchat or email service from our website.
*Group chats run Saturday-Thursday evenings from 8pm-9.30pm and you can get support from other young people going through similar experiences.
*Our discussion boards here are open 24/7 for you to reach out for support at any time.
* We have a guide to coping with grief over on our website for anyone to read through.
Bereavement support services outside of The Mix
*Cruse Bereavement Care- has a helpline you can reach out to for free emotional support, information, and counselling to anyone affected by a bereavement. Their helpline number is 0808 808 1677 and for email support, you can contact them on helpline@cruse.org.uk.
*Hope Again - Hope Again is a service for young people up to 25 who are affected by a bereavement. They offer support via phone, email & have online support through their website. You can call them on 0808 808 1677 or email them at hopeagain@cruse.org.uk.
*Winston's Wish - offers support, information, and guidance to young people who have been bereaved. Their helpline is open from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and you can call them on 08088 020 021. They also have a webchat service available every Tuesday 1pm-5pm & Friday from 9am-1pm.
*Sue Ryder offers support to anyone who is affected by a bereavement. They have a free counselling service and a supportive online community you can reach out to any time.
