    Hi Ellie,

I'm sure there are clinics that deal with bipolar in London, although I'm not sure of the names of any personally. How would you feel about speaking to you GP and asking for their advice on this? There are also online services, that you can access anywhere in the country that may be able to help.
The steps you take don't have to be big, they just need to take you in the right direction.

I just had a look on Google and I saw something about Nightingale Mental Health Hospital in London. They have leading UK specialists at that hospital. However, it is a private hospital so you would have to pay for your treatment rather than getting it through the NHS.
