    Additionally, Headspace and Daily Calm have 10 minute meditations that may help you fall asleep :smile:

    Taking part in self-care activities may also help, this can include:
    - reading a good book
    - going out for a walk
    - watching a good tv show/movie
    - doing a hobby you enjoy
