In case you continue to feel sleepless, here's a link to The Mix's article about how to sleep better at night:
https://www.themix.org.uk/mental-health/looking-after-yourself/how-can-i-sleep-better-at-night-45157.html
Additionally, Headspace and Daily Calm have 10 minute meditations that may help you fall asleep
Taking part in self-care activities may also help, this can include:
- reading a good book
- going out for a walk
- watching a good tv show/movie
- doing a hobby you enjoy
I hope this helps
We'll be here for you whenever you feel ready to type it out
