    Hi @ellie2000 I don't know if this might help but have you tried headspace on youtube?. I know they do lots of sleep videos there's also asmr as well. <3

    Hey @ellie2000

    You could try doing a body scan on YouTube. You go through each part of your body, starting with the feet, and slowly lose all tension. It will help you physically and may mentally distract you also if you are entering your focus on relaxation of the body.

    Any sort of sleep meditation on YouTube may be worth a try.
