@ellie2000 - it sounds like you're having a tricky time thinking about your past friends. I'm sure your old friends think of you and wonder how you're doing every now and then too. I know from looking at FB it can feel like everyone has moved on. I always try and remember that facebook isn't always a real picture of what's going on for other people, only the parts they want you to see. Sometimes remembering this can help with the feelings that come with social media.

I hope you're doing okay, glad to hear you are moving soon - how long until the moving date?

i think ppl r still sorting it, the place is secured. but they're appliying for funding, is tht lengthy? it does my head in being uncertain

Thank you for sharing. It's important to remember that social media isn't real life. I know I feel drained when I scroll on my Instagram and look at people's stories, or what they have accomplished work wise. People only post what they want other people to see, that's why it's good to follow pages that surround mental health and wellbeing. You never know that someone could be feeling the same way as you, but posting that they are achieving a lot in their life.

When you say you had a go at them, what did you mean by this?

Moving could be a nice change for you, a fresh start and a new space. Turning the page on a new chapter! How are you feeling about moving?

i sed tht they were a rude word to the mother, she replied tht im very rude. but i wasnt in the right headtype n tht time i just finished with the narcistic therapist. i apologiesed to tht person n its alright now. but now i dont socialise eva, bc i lost contact with ppl n there is no liesure thts not snobby where i live
