do i let my mum down if i go home early coz the council hav plans replacing stuff, and if i dont go they mite leave my flat a hazard. even though im finnally moving soon, ppl didnt listen to me.
they should of done all of it at the start 8 yrs ago, y r ppl so incompetent? ie police, council, local authority etc
