    Hey @ellie2000

Trauma is so difficult to cope with because it often not only impacts our mental health and self esteem like you've said, but it also tends to live in us physically as well. It's very draining and exhausting, and you deserve support to help you through it. We all deal with it in different ways, and it's important to remember that particularly if you respond or react in ways that vary from other people, that's perfectly okay, and normal as well. How are you feeling today?

    Hey @ellie2000

That sounds really intense to deal with, have you been able to discuss this with anyone like your GP or something?

    Hey @ellie2000
Is being in the peer groups helpful for you? It's so difficult when you ask for support and aren't getting it, particularly from your GP. You deserve support through this, and it sounds like you're doing everything right, engaging with support that's given to you, I know it can be difficult but I'm really proud of you. It's a great first step and often something that's difficult for us all. Are you waiting on a response from the GP still?

@ellie2000 I'm glad that the peer support groups are helpful to you, That's understandable, your journey is your own and I think it's really insightful of you to know what's triggering for you, it's really strong of you to do that, Ellie. I think the GP may be able to refer you to some further specialists to help you through these traumatic experiences, but this is completely up to you.
