    Hi @ellie2000 , I was just wondering if you could elaborate on the kinds of support numbers you might be looking for.

    As far as I'm aware there are some that cover more broader topics/ offer general emotional and mental health support while others are more specific to particular needs.

    I can send you some details of helplines if you would like?
