It depends on the severity of their actions.
Minor things like being dismissing fans, ignoring, etc. Rude behaviour could possibly be solved with a talk?
If we were to move on to severe actions like inappropriate messages, grooming, etc. I believe that's something that requires police intervention.
I feel like most influencers won't really sort their behaviour out until they face consequences for their actions.
