    Hey @Past User

I'm glad you reached out about this. If you'd like to chat more about how you are feeling about going back to school, always remember that we are here for you!

Some tips off the top of my head:
    • Talk to somebody about how you are feeling. Whether it's a friend, a teacher, a trusted adult, or even The Mix. Any way that you feel is 100% valid
    • If you feel uncertain about how things will be, don't be afraid to ask your teacher. Ask questions - whether this is in-person or via email.
    • Plan something nice to do after your first day back at school. This might be watching your favourite TV show, playing your favourite game, drawing, eating something yummy. Anything at all! That way, no matter how your day at school goes, you know you have something positive waiting for you.
    • Take it day by day. It's totally okay if you don't feel comfortable straight away. Take your time, and if there is anything you need to make the transition feel easier for you, please don't be afraid to talk.

Best of luck! It would be good to hear how it goes
