    I believe there are a range of health risks from extreme temperatures, it really depends on how extreme the temperature is. Best to keep warm and at a comfortable temperature of course :smile:  I'm just wondering what makes you ask this today - do you feel safe? :heart:

    Are you feeling okay? I know you say you're feeling rubbish. Is there anything you can do to help yourself feel a bit better? 

    A warm bath? Writing, reading etc? Listening to music, or watching a movie?
