    @errrin I love this thread and I think it will help a lot of people!

    For me, when Im using music as an escape I like to listen to instrumental music. I can create images in my mind based on what I hear and there are no lyrics to suggest any kind of through - it's freeing in a way.

    At night when I can't sleep I like to put a podcast on, Usually one ive already heard so that I don't have to focus on it too much and then I can drift off. Sometimes I find I can't sleep because I'm thinking too much so listening to someone else gives me the relief I need 😊

    @errrin You've got me in my element now!

    I like to listen to anything but the Cinematic Orchestra, they're amazing. I also like movie soundtracks especially The Theory of Everything and the Harry Potter series!

    Robin Hood Prince Of Thieves soundtrack. 

    Also the Soundtrack to the original PS1 game Tenchu Stealth Assassin’s. One of the greatest soundtracks to any game.
